What is included in the free logo preview?

Share your existing logo and choose one product. We provide one free initial digital preview of logo placement, with no purchase required. Physical samples, original logo design, further design work, packaging design and printing are quoted separately. Timing is confirmed after artwork review.

Can everything use my brand or stay neutral?

Yes. The device, packaging and instructions can carry your brand or stay neutral, without ARNEVOL or original supplier branding. You approve the final artwork before production.

What are the minimum quantities?

Logo orders on selected diffuser models start from one unit. Solid fragrance boxes have a minimum order of 100 units. Printed boxes, manuals and other materials have separate minimum quantities and charges.

How do production and delivery work?

Production or dispatch timing is confirmed per order. International transit is separate. Share your destination and target date to discuss shipping or delivery to your appointed freight forwarder in China.

What about reports and after-sales support?

Available reports, warranty and quality-issue handling are confirmed for your exact model and version in the quotation before you order.

What should I send?

Your model, quantity, logo, colour or version, plug standard, destination and target date. Include packaging, manual and language requirements. Link your logo or email it to us.
